• Important: my revenue is sent to me monthly and only if I reach a minimum threshold of 25$ profit. Otherwise, I must wait until the month in which I'll reach 25$ total to receive this money. This means it could take me more than a month to forward your contribution to MWG.
• Since I depend on the money I get from this store to pay my bills and make donations, I can't make the donation in advance, nor as soon as you make the purchase, I need to wait until I receive the profits.

The year of 2025 took away some of our favorite fluffs, from all over the world: Tabby, Lev, Polly, Moose... Bol, who lost his better half just a few months prior, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on July 7th 2025, the first day of Tanabata, the Festival of Stars in Japan.

To sum the Tanabata tale up (by a lot), legend has it that a cosmic princess (the star Vega) and a herder (star Altair) were punished by the king of the sky for neglecting their divine work due to spending too much time together or thinking of each other after the king himself set them up for marriage. They were then forced to live in different places, separated by the heavenly river of the Milky Way, and only allowed to meet across the skies once a year — the first day of Tanabata — because the king took pity on his daughter's misery.

Bol passing away on a day so heavily tied to the fated meeting of star-crossed lovers only confirmed a thing most manul fans already knew about him: he loved his wife dearly, and wanted to be by her side forever. This artwork was made as a way to honor and be grateful for all the smiles they brought to their fans by simply being themselves. Because of their importance to manulkind, I just couldn't get myself to not do something in return, and decided to make this collection my permanent way to send tips to MWG.

Though Polly was known for having a bad temper, they'd often choose to sleep somewhat close to each other, sometimes even cuddling. Despite his fierce demeanor, kind Bol was seen protecting her from scary stormy days on more than one occasion — Prickly Polyphemus had one fear: loud thunder. Together, they formed the most iconic manul duo, also kindly known as Bolly — King and Queen of Nasu, stars of the legendary Pallas's Cat Song MV! 

After about a decade sharing enclosures, Bolly are now free to run, feast, and cuddle together forever in Manulhalla. Thank you for everything, Bol and Polly. Please watch over the royal family from the skies and be kind to any neighboring heavenly manuls you meet. You are loved by countless souls still on Earth, and we'll follow your legacy closely.
